Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Tizesify DBA Zahawi Enterprises (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use or access our SaaS platform, Tizesify (the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Business Details and Contact
You can reach us for privacy-related inquiries by emailing [email protected]
This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who access or use the Platform.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to our online services, products, and interactions with users (collectively, “Users”). Our Platform primarily targets online business owners, coaches, and creators who use our services to manage aspects of their businesses. However, any individual over the age of 18, or with parental/guardian consent, may sign up.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information such as names and email addresses during the account registration process. Business information, which may include business names or details relevant to coaching or info-product activities, is also collected when Users input data into the Platform. For payment processing, we rely on Stripe, which securely handles credit card information; therefore, we do not store any credit card details on our own servers.
We also automatically collect usage data, including but not limited to the dates and times of logins, IP addresses, device types, browser versions, and other interactions on the Platform. We use common tracking technologies, such as cookies, to enhance the user experience and gather analytics. Although we do not currently use the Facebook Pixel, we may choose to implement it in the future for advertising and marketing effectiveness.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Platform, create user accounts, and ensure secure access to our services. We also use aggregated or de-identified data to improve our services and enhance the user experience. In addition, we may use your contact details to respond to inquiries or support requests. If required by law, we may use your information to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We share payment information with our third-party payment processor, Stripe, which operates under its own privacy policies and procedures. We do not store or manage credit card information ourselves. If our business undergoes any merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality arrangements. In situations where we are legally compelled to disclose information, we will comply with the law, court orders, or government requests as necessary.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies to maintain session integrity, personalize content, and gather analytics about user behavior on our Platform. Although most web browsers automatically accept cookies, you can modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer; however, this may affect the functionality of some areas of the Platform. We also honor “Do Not Track” signals that some browsers provide, although not all browsers implement these signals uniformly.
Data Retention
We retain user information for as long as an account remains active on the Platform. If a user decides to cancel their account, we will delete or anonymize any personal data in line with our internal data retention policies and as required by relevant laws or regulations.
Security Measures
We use a secure hosting environment and implement two-step authentication for user accounts to help protect personal information from unauthorized access. Additionally, we have organizational procedures in place that limit access to personal data to only those personnel who require it for their job responsibilities. While we strive to protect your information using industry-standard practices, no method of data transmission or storage is entirely foolproof.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), such as the right to data portability and the right to object to
or restrict certain processing activities.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are primarily intended for business owners and individuals who are at least 18 years old. However, if anyone under 18 wishes to use our Platform, we require parental or guardian consent as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without such consent.
International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be stored on servers located in countries other than your own. We use appropriate safeguards to ensure that such transfers comply with relevant data protection laws. Stripe, our payment processor, may also store and process data in multiple jurisdictions based on their own global operations.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website or within the Platform. You are responsible for reviewing the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.
Governing Law and Disputes
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Denmark. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to this Privacy Policy, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denmark.
