Tizesify is a SaaS platform operated by Zahawi Enterprises (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Tizesify (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

“Tizesify” refers to the SaaS platform operated under Zahawi Enterprises.

“User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Software.

“Services” encompass the functionality and offerings provided through Tizesify.

Tizesify offers an all-in-one platform for online coaches, info-product creators, and agency owners to build and manage their businesses. Services are provided on a subscription basis, as detailed below.

To use Tizesify, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction, and agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Users agree not to engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Software’s functionality, use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes, or share offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

Users must create an account to access Tizesify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions are offered at $143/month (billed yearly) or $179/month (billed monthly). Payments are processed via Stripe using credit or debit cards. All fees are non-refundable.

Tizesify does not offer refunds for any subscription payments.

Intellectual Property

The Software is white-labeled and remains the intellectual property of Zahawi Enterprises. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or reverse-engineering the platform.

Users may upload and share content on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content shared complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.

We collect user data for analytics and marketing purposes only. Data is not shared or sold to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Tizesify provides services on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the results or outcomes users achieve using the platform. Zahawi Enterprises disclaims all liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

Users can cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Termination of services is effective immediately upon cancellation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. By using Tizesify, you agree to resolve any legal disputes under Danish jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms for any changes. By continuing to use Tizesify after the Terms have been updated, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
